I teach yoga as a practice of embodiment, awareness, and nervous system support. My classes and private sessions are gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in mindfulness. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat, I’ll meet you where you are.

Breathwork

Breathwork supports you in clearing old pathways. It can help with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and stress, tonifies the vagus nerve, releases negativity, supports addiction recovery, and can increase focus. It brings a sense of calm and closeness to your inner guidance.
